We built the gym we always wanted to train with our friends and build community.

Welcome to The Body Shop. After more than 15 years in the fitness industry, we realized the ideal training environment—a place that combines premium equipment with the freedom to train on your own terms—didn’t exist. We set out to create a hybrid facility where you can walk in, train when and how you want, connect with friends, and never feel crowded or rushed. The Body Shop is the result: a premier training facility built for people who love to work hard, support each other, and build the body they want.

Jill has spent 15+ years helping people transform their health through practical nutrition and fitness. A former collegiate athlete and weightlifting world record holder, she shares simple, effective strategies to help others take control of their health and achieve lasting results.

Hunter Thornton

The Body Shop Gym

Hunter has spent 15+ years coaching athletes and everyday people toward their goals. He focuses on building community around the idea of getting stronger.   Hunter seeks challenges outside the gym with friends to build mental fortitude and to leverage the work put in at the gym.
