I joined Breakthrough Nutrition as my last effort before considering medicine to help me lose weight. Do I have to be local to work with Breakthrough?

No!  We work both in-person and online for all of our coaching options.

Can I choose my coach?

Yes, you can or if you want us to choose for you, our Director of Intake will use everything you share about your goals to personally match you with a member of our team based on their unique coaching specialties.
